I understand that drift karting and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury or death resulting from collisions, loss of control, overturning, mechanical failure, the actions of other participants, and other unforeseen circumstances.

I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with participating in activities at GoDrift Aps.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities at GoDrift Cph Aps, I hereby waive, release and discharge GoDrift Cph Aps, its owners, directors, employees, instructors, agents, contractors, representatives and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages or causes of action arising from or relating to my participation in GoDrift Cph Aps activities, including personal injury, property damage or death, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

This waiver applies to claims arising from the ordinary negligence of GoDrift Cph Aps and its personnel, except where such exclusion or limitation of liability is prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless DriftX, its owners, directors, employees, instructors, agents, contractors, representatives and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from my participation in GoDrift Cph Aps activities, including claims resulting from my own acts, omissions or failure to comply with safety instructions.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for acting safely and responsibly throughout my participation

I agree to:

I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in drift karting activities.

I confirm that I do not have any medical condition, injury, impairment or other circumstance that could reasonably prevent me from participating safely. I understand that I should not participate if I am under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substance that may impair my ability to operate a drift kart safely.

In the event of an accident, injury or illness during my participation, I consent to reasonable first aid and, where necessary, emergency medical assistance being arranged on my behalf. I understand that GoDrift Cph Aps will not be responsible for the cost of medical treatment, ambulance transportation or other medical services unless required by applicable law.

I acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place at DriftX. Subject to applicable data protection and privacy laws, I consent to GoDrift Cph Aps using photographs and/or video footage in which I appear for legitimate promotional, marketing and social media purposes.

Where required by law, GoDrift Cph Aps will obtain separate consent for such use.

I confirm that I am legally capable of entering into this agreement.

If I am signing on behalf of a participant who is under the applicable legal age or lacks legal capacity, I confirm that I am the participant's parent, legal guardian or authorised representative and have the legal authority to provide this consent and enter into this agreement on their behalf.
