GoDrift CPH ApS ("GoDrift", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This privacy policy describes which personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we process it, and which rights you have. We also describe our Cookie Policy and Trading Terms.

PRIVACY POLICY

We process personal data on different legal bases depending on the purpose. These may, among other things, be:

  • That the processing is necessary to fulfil an agreement with you, for example when you make a booking.
  • That the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, for example accounting rules.
  • That we have a legitimate interest, for example administration, customer service and security, where our interest after a concrete assessment outweighs consideration for you.
  • Your consent, for example to certain forms of cookies, statistics or marketing, where this is required.

5. Payment

When you make a payment on our website, payment information may be processed by our chosen payment provider. The specific details about the payment provider will appear in this privacy policy once the payment solution has been chosen.

6. Booking

When you make a booking, we use the information you give us to manage and complete your booking. This may for example be your name, phone number, e-mail address, date, time and number of participants.

7. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyse how our website is used. Google Analytics may collect information about, among other things, visits, traffic, devices and user behaviour. Where necessary, Google Analytics is only used after you have given the relevant consent via our cookie solution.

8. Recipients of personal data

We may share personal data with relevant suppliers when it is necessary to operate our business. This may for example be:

  • Hosting provider
  • Booking provider
  • Payment provider
  • Google Analytics/Google
  • E-mail and communication systems
  • Accounting and finance systems
  • Other data processors providing services on our behalf

Where a supplier processes personal data on our behalf, we as a starting point enter into a relevant data processing agreement.

9. Transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA

Some of our suppliers may process personal data outside the EU/EEA. If personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that the transfer takes place in accordance with the GDPR's rules on international data transfers.

10. How long do we keep your information?

We keep personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as we are obliged to do so under the law. Information related to purchases and payments may, for example, be covered by the Danish Bookkeeping Act's retention requirements. When the information is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymised.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have, as a starting point, the right to:

  • Gain insight into the personal data we process about you.
  • Have inaccurate information corrected.
  • Have information deleted when the conditions for this are met.
  • Have the processing restricted in certain cases.
  • Object to certain forms of processing.
  • Receive your data in a structured and machine-readable format in the cases where the rules on data portability apply.

GoDrift CPH ApS may capture photos and video on the premises for marketing. Let us know on arrival if you prefer not to appear in any material.

Drifting is a physical activity at your own risk. By driving you confirm you have read the Participants Waiver, signed it and agreed to follow all on-site instructions.

TRADING TERMS

These trading terms apply to the purchase of activities, drift kart experiences, bookings and other services from GoDrift CPH ApS ("GoDrift").

1. Booking

A booking can be made via our website. When booking, the customer must provide the information necessary to complete the booking. Once the booking is completed, the customer receives a booking confirmation at the e-mail address provided. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the information in the booking confirmation is correct.

2. Prices

All prices appear on the website. Unless otherwise stated, prices include Danish VAT. Any fees appear clearly before payment.

3. Payment

Payment is made via the payment solution available on the website. We accept the payment cards and payment methods shown in the payment solution. The payment is processed via our chosen payment provider.

4. Booking confirmation

After completed payment, the customer receives a confirmation with information about the booking. If the customer does not receive a booking confirmation, the customer should contact GoDrift.

5. Age, height and weight requirements

For safety reasons, there may be requirements regarding participants' age, height and weight. The current requirements appear on the website and/or in the booking process. GoDrift may, for safety reasons, refuse participation if a participant does not meet the applicable safety requirements.

6. Safety and instructions

All participants must follow GoDrift's instructions and safety rules. Participation takes place at the customer's own responsibility within the framework of applicable law and the safety rules that apply to the activity. GoDrift may interrupt an activity if a participant does not follow the instructions or exhibits behaviour that may pose a risk to the person themselves, other participants or the equipment.

7. Liability for damage

The customer is liable for damage that the customer intentionally or negligently causes to GoDrift's equipment or other property, to the extent this follows from applicable Danish law. GoDrift is liable in accordance with applicable Danish law.

8. Change or cancellation

The rules for changing and cancelling a booking appear in our booking and cancellation terms.

9. Force majeure

GoDrift is not liable for failure to fulfil a booking if this is due to circumstances beyond GoDrift's reasonable control, including for example serious technical problems, fire, flooding, orders from authorities, strike or other extraordinary circumstances.

12. Governing law

These trading terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes are handled according to the general Danish rules on venue and jurisdiction.
